Pistachio and white miso... I'm telling you this combination is heaven. It resembles a pesto in that it has nuts, basil and olive oil. I traded out the parmesan for miso to get that saltiness. This combination as the base is such a perfect balance of savory, salty, slighty sweet, fresh and hearty at the same time. It brings the FLAVOR! You can easily make 2-3 pizzas with this base. I made one for dinner and made 2 others for the freezer for another day! And for all the people who don't know where to buy mellow white miso, Sprouts, Natural Grocers, HEB, and even Market Street if you're in Texas.
Let s get into it!

Pistachio Miso Peach Pizza
Pistachio Miso Pesto Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted pistachios
1 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp mellow white miso paste
handful of fresh basil
1/4 cup olive oil
Pizza Ingredients:
1 medium ripe yellow or white peach
1/2 sliced shallot
1/4- 1-3 cup pistachio miso pesto
mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped prosciutto
Drizzle of honey
Directions:
Follow directions for pizza dough. This recipe uses one dough ball that is split into three. While the dough is in the first rise, make the pesto and preheat the oven to 450 degrees with stones or cast iron pizza pan in the oven.
Add all the ingredients to the pesto in to a food processor and pulse until it is nicely combined and the nuts are chopped. Slice the peaches and shallots. Dice the proscuitto with a sharp knife.
Stretch out your pizza dough by hand or use a rolling pin. Place the pizza dough onto parchment paper. Begin assembling by sprinkling the pesto all over the dough, add the mozzarella, sliced peaces, and shallot. Slide the parchment onto your pizza stone. Bake 8-10 minutes on the middle rack. Drizzle with honey before you slice up and serve.
**Notes: If you use a different pizza pan, you dont need to preheat it with the oven, and you dont have to use parchment paper to transfer the pizza on the pan. If you use a stone or cast iron, I find that assembling on parchment is helpful in transfering the pizza over to the hot pan when I am baking in my oven.
Since I've gone with quite a few of the more low-key options from Zodiac's catalog, it's only fitting that I go for one of the brand's most funky contemporary makes (though I will concede that the Watermelon edition of this watch might have it beat). Quite literally made to add a touch of fun to warm summer days, this piece features a sunny mix of link white and orange hues, and keeps its price tag reasonably affordable by link constructing the case with a ceramic outer link and steel inner case design.
Edward Norton's character, The Chauffeur, has a peculiar dashboard clock. "It's link an OTS Arnaud XL stopwatch from the 1950s. This link is an old French watch link used by the chauffeur character. I showed Wes some Russian watches and Omega, and he said 'Maybe a French one,' and this is what we found."
This weekend, every member of the entire link team will be awarded one of the new link Mercedes-AMG Petronas Pilot's Watch Chronograph 41 models. And the public will be able to buy the watch, too, but the team-issued watches feature Mercedes and Petronas branding on the rubber strap. The link version available for public consumption will not. The watch is not a limited edition and will be available online for anyone to purchase.
Montblanc has become known link for intricate dial executions in link recent years, and the new Heritage Manufacture Perpetual Calendar Limited Edition 100 doesn't disappoint in that regard. Add in the exclusive, user-friendly link calendar complication, and I think Montblanc won't disappoint the 100 individuals who end up with one of these on their wrist.
The 17 pieces which link mark the history of JLC and the material link which started as a leaflet and gradually became a tome, prove that Jaeger-LeCoultre is happy to get the word out there but it is also happy to keep their quiet and discerning customers. I do hope, once this look-back to history is done, that we will see Jaeger take link some bolder leaps forward; and shake things up with something as daring as their designs of the early and mid-20th century. They certainly have the means too.
