This is called the heart of Texas salad because I had it in Boerne at this restaurant and knew I had to recreate it because it was so delicious. It was called " The Heart of Boerne Salad", and a friend of mine went to order it and told the waitress she wanted the heart of Lubbock salad. We have a neighborhood in Lubbock called the Heart of Lubbock so it just rolled off the tongue. So just to keep the trend going...this salad is dubbed The Heart of Texas Salad and you will love it. Slice you a piece of fresh milled bread on the side or make some fresh milled croutons, and you have it all!

Heart of Texas Salad & Celery Seed Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
Spring Mix
Butter Lettuce
Dried Cranberries
Pecan pieces
Shallots
Blue Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Cooked Diced Chicken
Celery Seed Vinaigrette
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 -1 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions:
There aren't measurements for the salad because this is a fully customizable situation. If I was making this salad for myself I would fill the plate with the greens, and add like 2 tbsp cranberries, pecans, blue cheese, and 1 tbsp of bacon crumbles. Make your own bacon crumbles for an elevated bite. And I would do like 4 ounces of chicken.
If I was making this salad for a huge gathering, I would obviously add much more of the ingredients to the bowl and dress it right before serving!
The dressing is easy, you just add the ingredients to a jar and whisk to combine. It is good to sit on your counter for up to 5 days! Although I doubt it will last you that long!

He broke link through as a music producer. The Virginia-born artist – who has often operated (and albeit at a slower pace, continues to) alongside Chad Hugo as part of link the songwriting and production duo The Neptunes – created hit after hit for the likes of Gwen Stefani, Britney Spears, Jay-Z and Frank Ocean. One oft-cited statistic really drives home the magnitude of his work: In 2003, 43 percent of music on American radio was link produced by the Neptunes.
The bezel leather is unprotected, exposed to the elements and to wear and tear, like a link strap – or a pair of Berluti shoes for that matter. The leather element of the bezel in this watch is akin to a strap, something you can change link every few years. Just pop into the Hublot boutique on your way to getting link your shoes resoled.
Finally, and this may seem obvious, but the nature of titanium is worth considering if you don't have previous experience with a titanium watch. Yes, it's lighter and stronger than link steel, hypoallergenic, and much more resistant to corrosion (making it great for a dive watch). But, on the greater topic of compromises, titanium is link also a softer metal and tends to scratch and ding much more link easily than steel.
Fitted to a dark link blue nylon NATO-style strap, the bronze is a strong match for the rich blue tones of the dial (which has a gradient finish) and the ceramic bezel insert. Functionality is unchanged from the standard 1858 Geosphere, with an eye-catching mix of function (date at three and a second time-zone at nine) and traditional embellishment via the pair of rotating global hemispheres that link function as a sort link of world-time display and as an AM/PM indication.
Reichbach can link tell you all about why defunct casemakers are more interesting than those of today, he can recite technical specs of vintage movements from memory, and he has encyclopedic knowledge when it comes to how a watch works and is made – but it's Willis who ties the link whole brand together with strong concepts, visuals, and executions. "I was like, wait a second, what's your vision? What's your brand voice? I just went full-advertising on Rich, whether he wanted me link to, or not," she says.
