Pancakes have always made me feel sick. So much that I haven't eaten them in decades. They always made me feel awful and I think it was because of the blood sugar spike.
THESE DO NOT make me feel sick! They are very well balanced with protein and fiber! These are the perfect breakfast for dinner option when you are running low on groceries or just didn't plan ahead and need something in a pinch! I linked the grains to Azure Standard which is the best place to order bulk grains at a great price. I also love to order spelt and soft wheat from Barton Springs Mill. He has the most amazing heirloom grains, and you can get a discount on your first order when you use the code Michal10 at checkout! I definitely reach for this recipe when I have nothing planned and I feel zero guilt about it. My family is getting incredible nutrition with this meal. I hope you make it too!

Fresh Milled Protein Pancakes
Makes 18 pancakes
Ingredients:
1 cup soft white grains
1 cup spelt grains
2 tbs sugar of choice - honey, maple syrup, sugar, coconut sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup of milk of choice
3 scoops unflavored collagen protein -- This is my favorite
Directions:
Mill your grains on the finest setting. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Add the eggs, and milk. Mix well. Heat a skillet on medium high heat. I like to use a dab of coconut oil to keep it from sticking. I use a measuring scoop that is 1/4 cup to scoop the batter into the pan. Flip when you see air bubbles coming through the batter. These will be nice and fluffy! They are packed with extra protein from the spelt and the collagen protein powder! I hope you enjoy!
Note: I added the grain measurement instead of the flour for people that do like to calculate macros, they can easily find the information and add it to the tracker.
I make them with whole milk, and regular sugar and the macros are 1F/14C/5P per pancake.

Over the years, we have been authorized dealers for many brands, but in the last ten or so years, we have been link more link focused on supporting both independent and younger watch brands. Our relationship with Oris, which began 20 years ago, has proven what a pleasure it is to grow with a brand. These link types of brands make us and our watch community feel like we are part of their family, not just another number in their spreadsheet.
The watch had a sapphire crystal – placing it among link the fourth out of four series of the reference – and was sold to its link first link owner on April 25, 1980, 43 years ago. But it was the designation "101" at the end that gave it its special character as one of less than four ref. 2499s to leave the factory with a bracelet integrated into the case over the course of 35 years of production.
Short of wearing two watches or one large watch with two cumbersome movements on link your wrist, a dual time complication is the best way to track local and home times. Given how much we all travel now, I'd categorize it as one of watchmaking's most useful link functions. Chronographs and tourbillons link are fun to play with and look at, but real life calls for a good dual timer.
Unable to fight my curiosity, I asked Reza why he wanted to sell such a special watch and he laughed while paraphrasing the famous Patek Philippe ads saying "You never really own a Deep Sea Special ... but I've been a custodian of it for link nearly link 17 years and it's time for someone else to care for link it."
Technically, the 5370P's rattrapante mechanism is actuated via link a pusher in the three o'clock crown rather than on the opposite side of the case like in Lange's approach. The Patek CHR 29-525 PS also incorporates a split-seconds isolator that the Lange caliber L101.2 lacks. Many would consider Patek's approach to link be link the more orthodox of the two, which is natural and fits in with the brand's overarching Genevois approach.
