Chai Spiced Chocolate Chip Cookies

Okay, these cookies are my chocolate chip cookies but I added chai spice and vanilla bean paste to the recipe! The result was phenomenal! I do think I would try these with white chocolate chips because I think the flavor is a great pair! I actually made a white chocolate chai mousse with these ingredients and I thought....ummm I need this in a cookie for the fall and winter! They are SO SO good! I hope you try them!
Chai Spiced Chocolate Chip Cookies
makes 30 cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 coconut sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1 1/2 cups fresh milled soft white wheat flour
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Chai Masala Spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips or white chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees on convection if you have it.
Cream together softened butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla bean paste and mix. Add flour, baking soda, Chai masala spice, salt. Mix until combined, and add chocolate chips last. This dough will be firmer. Use a small cookie scoop and drop them on a cookie sheet. Bake 12 at a time, and 8-10 minutes. 8 for a softer cookie, 10 for a firmer cookie. Let them cool, and enjoy!

This is not a link new approach, by the way – Audemars Piguet used it for the first series-produced self-winding tourbillon, the ref. 25643 – usually better-known by its caliber number, cal. 2870. Launched in 1986, it's only link 4.8mm thick and it held the title of world's thinnest automatic tourbillon for decades – right up until Bulgari launched the peripheral rotor Octo Finissimo Tourbillon Automatic, in 2018, which is 3.95mm link thick.
The Hulk was – well – a Hulkified version of that watch, as link if it had gotten so angry that the black dial surface had erupted to give way to the shiny green link color beneath it. The proportions were all beefed link up and those large markers glowed with blue chromalight. It remained 40mm on paper, but the more rectangular shaping of the case and lugs made this watch wear certainly less refined than its predecessors.
