Apple Cinnamon Streusel Pizza

I get asked for dessert pizzas pretty often. I am finally sharing the one I make the most. I almost always have the ingredients and its easy to throw together. It is buttery, sweet, tangy, and creamy--one of my favorite flavor combinations. The drizzle tastes like melted ice cream which is exactly the vibe we want on this pizza. I love to make my pizza dough recipe, split the dough into 3 and make 3 large pizzas : 2 savory and 1 dessert. You can also flake your own oats for this if you have an oat flaker. You can use any apple you like. I think you will enjoy this one just as much as my family does!

Apple Cinnamon Streusel Pizza makes 1 pizza

1/2 medium apple - diced

3 tbsp apple sauce

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Mix butter, coconut sugar, oats, salt, and cinnamon together. Dice the apple. Stretch the pizza dough out. Add apple sauce to the pizza crust, sprinkle the butter, coconut sugar, oats, salt, and cinnamon mixture on top. Sprinkle the diced apples on top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Mix together the drizzle and top the pizza with it right when you pull it from the oven. Slice up and enjoy!

P.s. Here is a video of assembling the pizza!
