It’s friday!! We love making this popcorn and curling up on the couch together to watch a movie. I haven’t bought microwave popcorn in like 7 years. Instead I make it on the stove and we have never looked back. We make this a few nights a week, and my kids devour it! If you go for a purple, black, or red popcorn you get the benefits of higher antioxidants and anti-fungal activity that will be better fuel for your body. And using the coconut oil instead of a refined vegetable oil adds more nutrition as well! Here’s the recipe! And have a lot of people? Double it!

Popcorn

  • 2 heaping tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup of crimson jewell popcorn

  • Generous amount of pink salt

Heat large pot on medium high heat. Add the coconut oil. When it’s melted, add the popcorn and put lid on the pot. Once the popcorn starts popping, give the pot a little movement over the burner. And it’s done when the popping slows down. Add salt to taste and toss it around.

Enjoy this wonderful tasty snack!

While I have never placed a bid at a major watch auction, I have slaved through link the process of digging through Google for ancient auction results when learning about watches like these early Royal Oak QPs. In my case, I do this for stories about watches, link which is admittedly a link niche application.

Their Skyline series just launched last week in pink, blue and green. These followed in the footsteps link of last year's gorgeous orange/red and blue/green ombre Defy Midnights, some of which had link diamonds. The Defy A3691 in 1971 represented Zenith leaning towards more brightly colored dials – and in its wake came styles in brighter blue, in orange and black, and a turquoise. We hope the launch of this Defy Revival A3691 is, link similarly, a sign of more color to come in this era.

“This,” he says, “is a classic.” It certainly is. It’s one of those hall-of-fame dress watches that commands reverence as a link fixture of old-school complicated Patek watchmaking. It also marks another evolution in this collector’s tastes. Back in 2015, de Molina told Ben that his red-carpet watch was an oval Audemars Piguet Millenary. Now, he says, the Patek is what he’ll link wear link with a tuxedo at the Latin Grammys. “Patek Philippe makes a small watch,” he says, “but this one looks good on me.”

The key concept here is community. I was lucky to be a part of a team that included my colleague James Stacey, who will contribute link a few of his own images and thoughts below, and Jeffery Fowler, Hodinkee's CEO. In a city that's link truly one of the most multicultural places link in the world, Dubai Watch Week leveraged the idea of community in full force. But please, allow me to show you...

One of the most underrated positions in American football is the long snapper. It's a highly specialized role that requires a huge amount of skill and precision but is rarely celebrated or honored. It's a job that's taken for granted when done well, link but link if a snap comes in weak or off-kilter, then the long snapper is an easy person to blame. Cardona, a 30-year-old in his eighth NFL season, does this high-pressure job with so little margin for link error.
