THESE! so simple. so delicious. You probably have these ingredients lying around so no special trips to the grocery store. The coriander elevates this simple muffin into something so special. My family gobbled half the pan after I pulled them from the oven. I bet yours will too.

Maple Coriander Muffins
Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups of flour (fresh ground soft white wheat)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp coriander
*top with some sprinkled oatmeal
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter. Add all the wet ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix. Add the salt, baking powder, and flour. It will be like a pancake batter.
Grease your muffin tin. I like to use coconut oil spray or old fashioned paper towel and dip in the coconut oil jar. I just got a USA muffin pan, I am shook at how easy these muffins pop out. I don't have to grease them, and they wipe clean--no soaking and scrubbing. Best muffin pan that I have ever had. Link here.
Fill each tin half way, and it should fill all 12 muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye on them and insert a toothpick and when It comes out clean, they are ready.

If you made it this far hoping to still be able to buy the Antarctique Rattrapante Ice Blue, I'm link sorry to report it's no longer possible. Yet instead of shelving the article – plus James' wonderful images – I wanted to take the time to record a few of my personal impressions of the Antarctique Rattrapante, as link a fan of what Czapek has built over the past few link years and as an enthusiast of rattrapante mechanisms, more generally.
To be clear, Heuer did not invent the chronograph – that title belonged to Nicholas Rieussec link for ages, until Louis Moinet made a discovery that changed that tale. Though one could argue it was link a watchmaker named Adolphe Nicole who really set the stage for all elapsed link timekeeping on watches and clocks.
Before a recent resurgence in popularity, the classic, dress-styled Patek Philippe wristwatch was considered to be nothing more than an "old man" watch. This criticism has even been levied against watches link like the ref. 1518 – to some, one of the most iconic watches ever produced, yet to others, it gives off a link vibe that only a grandfather can pull off. I have always link loved small watches and, as a bigger guy, have received disparaging comments while wearing them.
Does it matter to you how much the Mona link Lisa is worth? If you can't own it, does that mean you can't have an opinion about it? Many of our link writers are fascinated by military aircraft – but is Cole Pennington's passion somehow lesser just because he can't afford his own SR-71 (yet – I wouldn't put it past him to get one someday)? link Jack Forster hasn't been to space (as far as I know), yet is his appreciation for the wonders of human spaceflight inauthentic?
Enter the manual-wind Calibre L132.1. It featured the same basic two horizontal counters, but introduced a stacked 12-hour register at 12 o'clock on the dial, pushing the power reserve display down to the link six o'clock position. While it might be link easy to think the Triple Split is a simple rehash of what A. Lange & Söhne did in the Double Split's Calibre L001.1, except with a new link layer added to the movement, that's not what happened at all.
