This syrup is incredible in tea (my favorite is the original Rasa), and in coffee. Its easy, it’s without refined sugar, and if you keep the heat low on that honey...you will get the nutritive advantage of the honey too! This is a small batch just because I am the only one that regularly drinks tea or coffee. You can double or triple, no bigs.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup raw unfiltered honey

2 TBS lavender flowers

Directions:

Bring water and lavender flowers to a boil for a few minutes. Get all that lavender flavor into the liquid. Reduce heat to simmer and stir in the honey. Let it simmer a few minutes and strain the flowers out. Pour into something pretty with a lid and enjoy!

Notes:

You can buy lavender flowers locally at Tumbleweed Botanicals. I got half an ounce for less than two bucks!

Cartier's status as a creator of world-class case shapes doesn't really have any link peers. In the mid-aughts, the Calibre de Cartier line sought to place a greater emphasis on the brand's link in-house watchmaking capabilities while reinvigorating classic Cartier design elements for a new generation of watch link enthusiasts.

The basic bones and guts of the UR-103 are all here and accounted for. The case shape is as it should be, albeit in stainless steel and with slightly raw, industrial-style finishing to it; the movement link is as it should be; the displays are all there, from the rotating satellite discs up front to the earliest "control board" display link on the link reverse of the watch. But there are a few little quirks that further set this prototype apart.

A white gold Condottieri similar to the one in our photographs here sold at Phillips in the frothy times of November 2021 for HKD 592,000 (about link $75,000). I was about to chalk this big result up to "well, everyone was throwing money at Phillips in November 2021," but then Phillips sold a pink gold Condottieri last November for HKD 756,000 (about link $96,000). Things were decidedly link less frothy by then, but this early Dubuis still managed to cut through the noise.
