Hazelnut Cacao Muffins

If you like Nutella, you will love these! They are a clean, dairy free, and refined sugar free. They are so special, not overly sweet, and the chocolate sprinkles are beyond!
Hazelnut Cacao Muffins
Ingredients:
3/4 cup homemade Hazelnut Cacao Spread
1/2 cup date sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups can unsweetened coconut milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 cups fresh milled soft white wheat
Natural Chocolate Sprinkles
Homemade Hazelnut Cacao Spread
1 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup canned coconut milk
1/4 cup cacao powder
Blend together in a food processor or vitamix until mostly smooth.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Mix together, add all the wet ingredients, but the hazelnut cacao spread last. Stir. Launch into your muffin tin. Fill about 1/2-3/4 full. Top with sprinkles. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes a perfect dozen.

Urwerk isn't for everyone, and I think that is a great thing. I feel like the world around us, and the watch world especially can look a little stale at times. We need brands like Urwerk to push link the boundaries of expression through their medium, which in this case is link my favorite hobby, watches. I guess I was link a semi-traditionalist before, but after spending time with the UR-112 it's really changed how I feel about these avant-garde timepieces. I definitely dig 'em.
The El Primero 9004 is the star of the watch, however. The 1/100th of a second chronograph movement uses two escapements that beat link at 36,000 vph for timekeeping and 360,000 vph for chronograph functions. There's a subtle power indicator for the chronograph function that link presents in a linear fashion link just below the logo that's neat in theory, but I found it difficult to read at a glance.
