Easy Paleo Coleslaw

For starters, I LOVE a good slaw. A lot of times, the slaw makes the taco, sandwich, or bbq for me. I need the crunchy, the tang, the creamy, and slightly sweet. This is my go to. I put it on fish tacos, sandwiches, wraps, and bbq. It is a solid play.

 

Ingredients:

4 cups of shredded cabbage, green and purple mix, maybe some carrots if you feel fancy.

2 heaping tablespoons of avocado oil mayo

1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon of raw honey.


Directions:

Mix it all up in a medium sized bowl, cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. The cabbage will relax into the dressing and absorb all the flavor.
