I love this chicken for quick salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Its also great stuffed inside potatoes! Calling all my January whole 30 people!
Ingredients
2 TBS tomato paste
2 TSP molasses
1 TBS olive oil
1/4 TSP garlic granules
1/4 TSP paprika
1/4 TSP salt
Pinch of cloves
4 large chicken breasts
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Make the sauce first. Get a small bowl, add tomato paste, molasses, olive oil, garlic granules, paprika, salt. Mix it all together.
Get the chicken breasts and generously salt and pepper both sides.
Heat a cast iron or oven safe skillet on medium high heat. Add 1 TBS of butter and 1 TBS of olive oil. Once the butter is melted, brown the chicken breasts for 7 minutes on each side. Once the chicken is browned, spoon the sauce on the chicken...front and back.
Pop in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Let the meat rest for a few minutes. I like to slice it up and coat the meat in all the sauce and juices for the best flavor!
ENJOY!!

Fun fact: A tourbillon is usually called a "complication," like a chronograph or perpetual calendar, but some purists balk because tourbillons do link not show any additional information. link It is, they say, not a complication, but a regulating device. link These folks are probably about as much fun as the people who wait around until someone mentions Van Gogh so they can correct their pronunciation, but they're in fact correct, if not necessarily the life of the party.
The Take: Everyone's first aftermarket strap, the ubiquitous NATO. Originally designed link to meet the G1098 spec created by the British Ministry of Defense in the 1970s, link these nylon straps were asked to be both tough and comfortable, easily adjustable and secure on the wrist. The NATO strap has, of course, exploded past its original link military designation thanks to its easy-wearing style and affordable nature.
Horology link has no frontiers, says link Besançon watch- link and clockmaker Philippe Lebru, who was on the committee that prepared the UNESCO application. "This finally connects countries that have been connected for years. It formalizes it."
Below is link the dial side of the ETA 2895-2. As link we said, the going train is the same as the ETA 2892, but flip the movement over and you'll see that, in the 2895, there is additional gearing to link support a small seconds display.
